You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. Please note that shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your portraits, please contact us and drop off the product you wish to exchange to your public school.
