Terms & Conditions

At RivieraPhotography we provide school and family photography services, including individual and group portrait sessions, sports photography, and yearbook production through our sister brand, YearbookAcademy. By booking a session, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Booking & Scheduling

  • Sessions are scheduled directly with schools (via Yearbook Advisors or PTA representatives) or with individual families.

  • Rescheduling: We offer flexible, free rescheduling at any time. If a picture day needs to move due to weather, school closures, or other circumstances, contact us and we'll find a new date at no additional cost.

2. Payment

  • Individual portrait orders are paid online at the time of ordering.

  • School group/bulk orders are invoiced according to the pricing and package terms agreed upon with the school, Yearbook Advisor, or PTA.

  • Yearbook orders (via YearbookAcademy) are priced based on quantity, page count, binding, and color options, and are payable according to the quote provided.

3. Delivery & Turnaround

  • Individual online orders: Next-day printing after your look and background are finalized.

  • School group packages: Portraits are held until all students in the group have selected their pose/package, then the full order is sent to print together and delivered to the school in bulk. This ensures consistent quality and pricing across the group but means group turnaround is longer than individual orders — typically 2–4 weeks from the finalization date.

  • Yearbooks: Delivery timing depends on order size, page count, and printing specifications; estimated timelines are provided with your quote.

4. Image Ownership & Usage Rights

  • RivieraPhotography retains copyright and ownership of all photographs taken during sessions.

  • Families and schools purchasing prints or digital images receive a personal-use license — meaning images may be printed, shared, and displayed for personal or school-community purposes (e.g., yearbooks, school newsletters, home display).

  • Images may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

  • We may use select images in our own marketing materials (portfolio, website, social media) unless a school, parent, or guardian opts out in writing — see our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Yearbook Bundle Discount

  • Schools booking both photography and yearbook services together receive a bundle discount. Contact us for current bundle pricing.

  • Yearbook printing is fulfilled through our print partner and delivered under the YearbookAcademy brand; RivieraPhotography manages the relationship, quote, and quality on your behalf.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we take every precaution to ensure quality results, RivieraPhotography's liability for any errors, delays, or issues with an order is limited to the cost of the affected products or services.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g., school scheduling changes, weather, printing partner delays).

8. Privacy & Safety

  • We take the privacy and safety of students seriously. Personal information collected during booking and ordering is used solely to fulfill your order and is not sold to third parties.

9. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
